Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

for someone who wanted to get in to mma do you think it would be better to say join a muay thai gym and get some experience in that then take up a grappling martial art such as bjj, or would it be better to just join an mma gym straight away?

MMA Gym. For example, at SBG we have world-class BJJ and Nogi, great Muay Thai and Boxing instructors, Wrestling and Conditioning classes, along with specific MMA classes and a great fight team.
