Hello Does anyone here know how much it would cost to install an esb meter in commercial premises, there's already power to the building but it needs to metered separately.

I have no idea how much it will cos but i could suggest you to get your query solved by using the internet. Internet is the most powerful tool today and people are using the best of it to get their problems solved. I have a commercial premises of my own and i got the work done at quite economical rate by making use of the internet.
