FIFA 11 Cup Competition - Championship Teams

Public Executor

Need 16 players from the league for this. Strictly First Come First Serve. Rules are as follows:

1. First round - 16 teams - 8 matches
2. Quarters - 8 teams - 4 matches
3. Semis - 4 teams - 2 matches
4. Final - 2 teams - 1 winner

• Every round is one-legged, except if a match is a draw and a replay with the other person hosting is done (to be concluded with ET and penos, if needed).
  
• Finalist host is picked as the team with the better goal difference over the competition.
  
• Teams and draw numbers (1-16) are issued on a first come first serve basis.
  
• The draw will be out of a hat each round.
  
• Fair play rules are to be the same as with the leagues, with the exception of last man tackling now being allowed. This is do-or-die after all. No second chances.
  
• However, if you get a player sent off for this, it must be reported with the match result and you will agree gentlemanly that he is not to be played in the next round. That's round, not match, so he is sent in the first round, he cannot play again until the semi-final).
  
• Teams are from the English Championship (will change this in future, this is just a first attempt).
  
• Just lads already from the leagues this time thanks, so we can start it quickly and see if it works.

Agreed. Only for Schmeichal and a few near misses it wood have been more. Although my flukey loopy dippy shoty of the crossbar had me going.
