Hi Guys Long story short. My sister had an old UPC router that didn't have wireless. Bought a second hand Cisco router that UPC give to customers (cisco epc2425) Had to ring upc and they had to associate the new modem with the line for the internet to work. Which is sorted now. However the phone isn't working - no lights…

Hi Guys

Long story short. My sister had an old UPC router that didn't have wireless.
Bought a second hand Cisco router that UPC give to customers (cisco epc2425)

Had to ring upc and they had to associate the new modem with the line for the internet to work. Which is sorted now.

However the phone isn't working - no lights on modem for the phone either.

Still not working - does anyone have any troubleshooting tips to try before I ring UPC again, was on hold yesterday for 20minutes, if I can avoid that again, it would be great
