    Lost Sheep,
Do the 4 provincial winners go into an All Ireland play off at 16's & 18's level? I think I remember Shannon\St Marys winning an Under 18 All Ireland a number of years ago, is that competition still around?

Its slightly complicated this season as there is several different age grades across the provinces.
In Leinster and Connacht they kept the Under 19 grade that was in operation for the past 3/4 seasons but Munster changed to Under 14/16/18 as the main age groups as clubs felt Under 19/21 was making it harder for rural clubs to field at older age groups and some players at under 19 level once turned 18 years of age were playing adult rugby and this was impacting on underage teams fielding.

There will be an All Ireland at Under 17 and Under 19 level but how/If Munster and Ulster have representatives im not sure.(Ulster changed their underage groups back to the middle of year from January 1st for this season)
Shannon-St Marys won the Under 19 All Ireland 2 seasons ago.

Munster much stronger than Connacht in a friendly at 20s in Sportsground today
Lots of other games for provinces recently and coming up as provinces begin to kick back into gear
Club competitions winding down at the moment in all provinces and with a few exceptions competitions are at semi final or finals
Irish youths were 2/3 in their internationals with wins against England and Italy and a loss to France

Several of the Connacht Youths Cup finals were on in the Sportsground today. Saw the second half of the Under 19 final between Corinthians and Connemara. Excellent game with Corinthians just that bit too strong with the game ending up 31-7
Didn't stick round for the Under 15 final between Creggs and Galwegians while the Under 15 Plate final was played in Castlebar between Claremorris and Westport.
    Westport won 43-5

A lot of finals were also played in Munster with the season officially due to finish up mid week and only a small number of games at underage will be played next weekend and on
