just loaded cyanogen last stable build,and not too stable!!!

    Phone went through the usual overwrite and install,but when it goes to start up i have had the cyonogen boot up screen for almost 20mins!!!
    what to do ?
    not sure to do hard reboot or not!
    update: done hard reboot and no change still blue cyanogen mod circle with loading around it!!!
    any help plz!

    booted into registry and putting back on leedroid atm

    Did you go from LeeDroid to Cyanogemod 7 nightly directly or were you using a previous CM7 version and were updating?

    If the former, you can't do this without doing a full wipe.
