Match Fixing Trial starts

    A Match fixing trial has started in Bochum Germany involving a group led by Croatians. The games that were thought to be fixed are as follows and this is an underestimation.

    Also interesting to note that Switzerland are involved in 16 of the games being investigated.

    Another possible match fixing effort from Serie B in Italy with youtube footage included in the link below. game finished 3-0 including being 3-0 at half time with a large number of bets placed on this eventuallity. The funny thing is it was 0-0 until about 10 minutes before halftime.

    If that's fixed, they didn't do a very good job of it. The first two are two penalties within about 5 minutes of each other. The keeper falls backwards over the line of the third one. I suppose it could be hiding in plain sight, but I think you'd do it more subtly.

    Also, Piacenza came very close to scoring with that header in the second half. Maybe the bets were only on the half time score.
