We weren't ignore it was just the manner we were served with is what myself and my friends weren't happy about. When we ask for items that were in stock on your website to be told they weren't in stock in the shop and were told that very bluntly. My friends girlfriend ask to use your rest room she got a straight up no.(which i think a paying costumer should be allowed use or be a bit more polite about if they are unable 2).We were there to collect an order and buy more items as well. Didn't find the staff very friendly or helpfull and we had traveled from kildare to be treated like that. This is all i have to say on the matter.Im just getting more annoyed the more i talk about it.

I apologize for jumping in but I think there might have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding between yourselves and the guys in the shop.
I have been going here for a few months now on a pretty regular basis and have always found them professional and friendly. Even when I was new to airsofting and was asking what I know now to be a basic question they took the time to explain it to me. I've been there when it was very busy and very quiet and I get the same high level of service and always feel that they have time for you.
I was there on Wednesday when Robert was dealing with a group of young boys and their father who were buying a pistol, he must have explained 10 pistols to them before they came to a decision. He then showed them how to clean, lubricate, load and fire the pistol and went through some safety information with them.
I usually deal with Greg who is always happy to answer any question or show me how something works.
They have even ordered in some items for me that they would not normally stock.
I think you should give the guys another chance or if your not willing then here is not the place to voice a complaint, they have an email address where you could discuss it with them in private. In the current economy every customer counts and I would not like this place to suffer because of one bad experience that was posted for the world to see.
    Thanks
