Clocked car

2 days ago i bought a car from dealer and i gave him mine as a trade. Today i check carzone and i saw my car but milage was 15000 miles less, so i check the car what i bought and he was also clocked - 6000 miles. What I can do i that case?

I'm currently taking legal action against a garage (see this thread for some background). I'm not sure if it's possible to conclusively say a car was clocked but if there's a discrepancy between what's displayed on the dashboard and what's displayed by the ECU then one of three things happened:
1. The ECU was replaced.
2. The dashboard odometer was replaced.
3. The dashboard odometer was rolled back.
