Steel body or Alluminium body

Hi folks, Looking at getting a self propelled mower for my garden. Cant afford the 2500 for a ride on so looking at a self propelled but unsure whether to look at steel body or alloy body. Would appreciate any advice.

I would go with an aluminium if you can afford it.

I bought a cheap steel body one 3 years ago and it rusts alot and I have to paint it every year. I keep it as clean as possible but it still rusts. Next one I buy will defo be an aluminium.
