meteor cancellations dept?

    does anyone have a direct number to get through to them?
    i've tried twice to switch to payg using the normal customer care number and both times they've told me the cancellations dept is busy and they will call me back.not surprisingly i never got the call back either time..:mad:

    585 instead of 505 for customer care. They will redirect to cancellations.
