Increasing Playback Speed

Hi all, Does anyone know of a decent program I can use to speed up the playback of an MP4, alot? Like I need to get a 30 minute video clip to play in 6 minutes, and then save it at that speed... I've found a few that just speed up playback but won't let me save it? Does anyone know what I can use for this? Cheers

Sony Vegas Pro will do it for you, the 30 day trial is fully functional so you'll be able to render it as a new file

can you not do it on windows movie maker?
buy a copy of adobe premiere elements for €50 in pc world.then u can mess about learning more cool editing stuff after u sort yourself with this problem.
