credit not recieved

hey, just topped up my phone using the online bank of ireland service about three hours ago. the money is gone from my bank so it went through but i havent got the credit yet. any ideas on whats wrong? i cant check the number to see if its all right but the last four digits are right. thanks :D

if it didnt go through yet contact your bank-telephone banking
