Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

media drive audio problem

    Just purchased an iomega screen play mx and loaded it up.However i only get audio on some movies, ive narrowed it down that the drive is not playing any movie audio in dts format. Any ideas on how to sort it:confused:

    It doesnt support DTS decoding so you only have two options:

    1) Pass the DTS audio stream out to an external receiver that supports DTS (do you have a surround system?) using spdif or HDMI. That is assuming the Iomega supports DTS passthrough.

    2) Convert the audio to a supported format (eg AC3). You don't need to convert the video, just the audio, so it is a relatively quick process. Popcorn MKV AudioConverter seems to be a popular choice, although personally I would do it manually.
