An post express delivery never arrived?

    Hi,
    On Thursday I sent something by express post from Dublin to Cork on Thursday. According to their website its Guaranteed next day delivery. However according to their website its still on route. What are the chances that it was delivered on time and that the website just never updated? I had a deadline of Friday to have what I sent in Delivered.

    That does happen (website not updated).

    You should be able to phone them and verify though, but it may now have to wait until Monday.

    Yes, I tried to call them but its only Monday to Friday.

    Its guaranteed next day delivery or your money back .

    In this case , it looks like you will get your money back .
