My legs felt great today, 8 miles pain/ache/presence free running today so that definitely gave me a great boost. This is the first time i felt that the leg will be ok. :)

    Delighted for you!

    tuesday 25th october
    3miles in 30:54 pace 10:15
Past two days have been hectic, not good for marathon prep so much for taking things easy. Spent all day yesterday in the lashings of rain up the mountains doing a river fieldstudy with my class. luckily we left before the really heavy rain came down. Today a kid puked outside my classroom door :eek: he is definitely not getting student of the class this year ;) managed to squeeze todays run in before an open night till 9.30 i am exhausted  roll on next week for more than one reason :)

Seriously step away from the hoover. I nearly killed myself the morning of the ladies mini "marathon" 3 years ago after nearly falling down the stairs while hoovering it!
Have a great run and hope to see you on the other side.

No housework allowed for 2 days before the marathon, that's written in the small print of Hals training plan. :) Best of luck on Monday, enjoy yourself.
