Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We have to e-mail them this time?
I got no e-mail off Caroline so far..

Re: flash I've never had my flash serviced, it's about 2 years old, I only use it about every 2 weeks, do you think I should leave it in instead of a lens this time?

The last 2-3 times you were supposed to email them to register your gear for service.

What they offer, in regards to service, is very very basic. Mostly, it's just a firmware update and quick cleaning, AFAIK.

I emailed them in good time the last time this was on but got no response. I then emailed them again a few days later and still got no response

As long as you've mailed, I think that's all that is needed. I've never had a reply, but when I get in there, they have it on file that I registered with them for the service.

Just my experience of dealing with them though.
