Hi, Just wondering if anyone has experience of dealing with Citydeal / Groupon Customer service by Phone? I have tryed to contact them by phone (1-800-936927) a number of times on two separate occasions over the last two months and have never got speaking to a real person! Very frustrating. Why publicise a customer service…

Just wondering if anyone has experience of dealing with Citydeal / Groupon Customer service by Phone?

I have tryed to contact them by phone (1-800-936927) a number of times on two separate occasions over the last two months and have never got speaking to a real person! Very frustrating. Why publicise a customer service number if you don't answer it!
