It has moved around the bay several times, and in fact sometimes there has been 2 in operation. If you check the dublin port website it has a list of its all its locations.

The one just off the South Wall is the Aran 250 - there was another not far away recently - I think it was the Pauline.

If you want to see where the rigs are currently, look at http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/ and select Dublin. Hovering the cursor over a marker will tell you the name.

Some are vessels, but there are also some navigational aids with AIS too - e.g. North Burford.
