Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Websites not loading

    Ok no matter what broswer i use i cant load a couple of websites. its been like this for weeks now. and also my browsers are slow to open now.
    driving me mad.
    any ideas?

    Can you ping the sites the browser won't go to, on the command line?
    Like this:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>ping www.boards.ie

    What does TaskManager say about your CPU usage?

    jaysus, il have a look. not really an expert on such matters!

    fas website wont load. munsterfans.com, allthough that does load on opera.

    What browsers are you using and do you have any "toolbars" loaded in them.

    I find toolbars to be a waste of time which slow the machine down. I had one computer last week with 4 toolbars loaded in IE which was all but unusable.

    Cant figure out that pinging thing!

    I sue IE, Firefore and Opera. i have most of the toolbars disabled

    I'm talking about things like Google Toolbar (not that it's a bad offender). I would recommend uninstalling them.

    You could also download Google Chrome as another browser to try.

    Those sites work for me so there is probably something wrong with your PC.
