Clear and seed a lawn - prices?

Hi all, Looking to get an area (20x50 yards) cleared of weeds etc, and lawn seeded. It doesn't need any extra topsoil, needs to be rotavated to clear weeds, stones removed and raked and seeded. What would be a reasonable price for this job be, would anyone hazard an opinion please? Thanks in advance....
