Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If by word 10 you mean word 2010 you can just select it as a filetype in the save as menu, otherwise just google word to pdf as there is loads of tools out there.

ms office has its own converter from microsoft's download section that works with ms office 2007

    for office 2007
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=4d951911-3e7e-4ae6-b059-a2e79ed87041

    for office 2010
its already integrated into the office application

"You can just use "Save As" from the backstage and choose either PDF or XPS from the list of file types. Or, you can choose the "Share" option from backstage and there are PDF and XPS buttons there where it can convert the file and attach it to an email note."
