    I did, but a guy from your support team told me that setting up email on mac is not their job, she told me to find help from thunderbird...
    I just wondering if you have video tutorial for pc user, why not have a video for mac or at least show us how to setup...

    :(

    I can probably put one together for Mac users

    It's not that hard - all you need is:

    - your email login information
    - ignore the Thunderbird wizard - it makes stupid assumptions
