Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

new sky + hd tv no text

    Have a new sky+hdtv box installed couple of weeks ago but have no text tv on RTE 1/2 and tv3
    Is this normal or is there something wrong with the box and do i have sky back for that??
    On the old box there was no problem

    Had the help desk on the phone and the stupid cow told me to put the aerial plug back in to the telly and it would be working fine again
    We don't have an aerial and never had one

    its normal, it happened us and my OH loves his teletext so much id to cancel it and go back to the old box:rolleyes:

    No text on RTE1/2/TV3 when viewed via the HDMI lead for me either. Text works via RF output (Sky magic eye etc) ok.

    Rf out from sky hd to tv. Then you have to switch to tune in the sky on a analogue channel. When you want to read text, you have to switch to the analogue source and then press text. A bit cumbersome.

    Can you get text through scart?

    yes you can through scart, but you still have to change source .
