    Hi,

    I want to cancel my eircom phone and broadband account.

    Can I do this by email?
    What infomation do I need to supply and who do I address it to?

    Hi CRenegade,

    Eircom now require a 30 day written notification to cancel the broadband service and phone service. If you contact our service team on 1800 242 633 and they will forward you on to cancellations who will take a not of your intention to cease your account or service. They will then give you the details to e-mail or write your request to. If you are under contract and cease a service or the account prior to the contract end date you may be eligible to pay an early cease charge.

    I know it seems a bit complicated but this is the set cancellation process have in place.
