Trouble with FTP

Could someone who uses eircom.net check and see if they get a user prompt when ftp'ing web20.hosting365.ie ? It's timing out for me yet working for local friends using other ISPs. I have no firewalls installed and can ftp ok to another hosting365 server. Thanks.
