BT in UK any one here using it

    Hi Guys,

    I am working in Tech support for a company in Canada.
    I have a user in Sunderland using BT broadband
    Just wondering if anyone in that area has any DNs problems today
    I cannot ping any of Bt's DNS servers
    Hopefully if this is down someone can reply via Iphone/mobile web
    Also if anyone knows the current primary DNS for BT that would be good
