Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

my friend has a MBP (2008 model i think) (not really sure how to check this or which exact model it is?) with the 2.4ghz core 2 duo processor, and is looking to upgrade from the 2gb installed (2x1gb sticks) to 4gb (2x2gb)

ive gone ahead and bought these sticks on adverts linky, but i just need to double check that it'll work.

not knowing how Apple works, but ive just realised that he currently has DDR2 ram (667mhz) installed. would his MBP be recent enough to accept DDR3 ram from adverts?

is there a program or similar i can DL that'll tell me how much ram it'll take, what type of ram and which is the cheapest etailer i could use?
