    Nicola on behalf of Ash:

    Hey dmurray0,

We have a few different 37" TV's to choose from:

The 37PFL5405H is a LCD. 100Hz, Full HD with a contrast ratio of 100,000:1. The frame is a high gloss black finish and the sound on this set is 20W. Comes with its own table top stand and is retailing at €599.99. You can check it out here - http://www.philipsshop.ie/fiveseries.htm

37PFL7605H. This is an edge lit LED LCD. This is 100Hz with Full HD and a contrast ratio of 500,000:1. This TV also has Ambilight and is a NET TV. The frame is a brushed steel kind of pewter colour finish. This is one of the thin LED LCD's. It comes with a black glass table top stand. The sound on this is 20W. It’s retailing at €848.99. You can check it out here - http://www.philipsshop.ie/sevenseries.htm

And last but not least we have the 37PFL8605H. This is another edge lit LED LCD but a really good looking TV. This has 500,000:1 Contrast Ratio and Full HD. This is also a Net TV and has Ambilight. I like this one the best out of the bunch because it has glass on the front of the screen which in my opinion gives the entire picture a rich feel to it. It comes with a black glass table top stand that also doubles as a swivel wall bracket. And the sound on this set is 20W. This is retailing at €899.99. You can check it out here - http://www.philipsshop.ie/eightseries.htm

I hope this points you in the right direction. Let me know which one interests you and I can work on some prices.

Any queries you can contact us instore on (01) 4740788 or you can PM us.

    Thanks a mil, Nicola. ;)

    Nicola ,

Its only for the bedroom so looking a bit cheaper than the Philips. Have the 9664 pride of place downstairs and its great. Don't need Net access etc, just a standard TV. I'm from up north so the Belfast store would be handiest.

    Cheers,

    Damien

    Damien,

apologies for the delay getting back to you.

The best deal around at the moment on a 37" is the 37LD490 which is an excellent spec and looks great at £379.95.

It's Full HD / Freeview HD and ethernet capable with LG Netcast

Here is a copy of the What Hi-Fi review on the 37LD490 http://www.whathifi.com/review/lg-37ld490

    Keep us posted,
