Thanks for that,went with Mike from fountain 087 9837027,tbh he couldn't come out but talked us through it.we were trying to unblock a chimney from a side opening soot box which had been closed up for over 13 yrs.....and yes he cleans the chimney from inside or out.would highly recommend,very decent man.
