which bike size ?

Hi all, Just splashed out on a new tri bike Fuji D6 3.0, thanks to my boss, anyway the question is what size should i get ? I,m 5ft 9 and not sure if i need a 52 or 54 frame as they say you should get a smaller frame with time trail bikes. Have a week or so to deciede so any help would be great. cheers!

I'm told its quite accurate but your best bet is to probably go and get yourself sized for a bike in cycle superstore or your local bike shop
