i applied to the CAO for general nursing and im worried of NOT getting the points  and was just wondering if i do get offered ID nursing for example (which i also applied for) is there any post grads available after qualifying as a ID nurse, to be eligible to work as a general nurse. i tried talking to my career guidance teacher and she simply told me id be better of repeating if that happened/and didnt answer the question  so id really appreciate if anyone could tell me anything :)

Im not 100% sure about how it works going from ID to general. But If you start off with general as your base, you can do an 18th month course to branch off into specialist areas such as psychiatric or ID, as far as i'm aware. Sorry i'm not much help, but thats all I know!
