I will give you 100/1 that Blackpool wont score against Arsenal tonight :D

hah, they probably won't, I'd say Arsenal will come out gunning now in the second half (no pun intended :P)

But Blackburn have had a few half chances...more Almunia mistakes than anything but as a United supporter i'd be happy enough if it remained 0-0 :D

A Blackburn goal would probably only inject a bit of fight into the Arsenal lot and they'd end up winning it. Boring-ass drawn out 0-0 will be fine please

Blackpool aren't looking too bad, thought they would just sit back and take it but seem to be having a go.
If they can snatch a cheeky goal or keep it level i'll be very happy

    Nice one Wilson...

Fabregas on for Arshavin and Nasri has gone wide.

Mutual acceptance of the inevitable Arsenal goal glut. Nothing left to say really.

Nice dive, not as bad as this one though

    Roberts on for Santa Cruz,

had a decent game for me considering his isolation most of the time.

That's what I was thinking, game must be a bit dire — not watching it though.

I'd imagine some of it was due to people watching José lose his 7 year record.

    It's not a bad game,

Blackburn having much more time on the ball than the first half and Arsenal have dropped the pace of their game a bit allowing Blackburn to handle them much easier than how the game started.

    Not many chances though,

Arsenal need to pick the pace up.

    Was hoping for this.
It's not as bad as that... but not the raping of Blackburn that everyone seemed to be expecting

    Very good from Arsenal then.

Let us think Blackburn are in with a shout and then crush us with a 2-0 win.

Just over 20mins to score or it's curtains to Arsenals league chances imo

Even if they drop points today they're still close enough to be a threat and United are playing poorly enough to be far from racing certainties.

Not that Arsenal are dropping points here anyway.;)

    Unlikely on both counts

    Nzonzi sent off,

bit unlucky for me, more of a fall in the end than a challenge.

Could be the end of my hopes of a point.

Stupid to get sent off. Easy Arsenal win now might as well hand them the 3 points.

  • Registered Users Posts: 256 ✭✭Wilson91

That certainly makes it more interesting.
    Wasn't a red card imo...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,190 ✭✭✭✭IvySlayer

What a harsh decision. Hope Blackburn hold on.

9 years mate- last loss was in 2002

Blackburn lost 9 of their last 10 away matches and are down to 10 men. They're not going to lose anyway.

Ugh, what little hope Blackburn had of a draw is gone, Arsenal will dissect them surgically now.

I've been to the future. I can confirm that Van Persie does indeed score the winning goal. Excitement gone.

Terrible from Arsenal. Blackburn at home, hopes of winning the league, should be 3 or 4 nil. Theyve missed some sitters!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,658 ✭✭✭✭Peyton Manning

So it's confirmed Arsenal will win, it's just a case of what the headline will be...

Anything Roo Can Do.... in reference to United winning?

    Van the Man

    Arsenal Rob It

    Arsenal Persie-vere
