So great bike in full working order I bought it of St John St Cycles UK in 2007. It was old stock, 2003, but essentially brand new. I haven't done any serious touring so the bike is in good shape.

    The details:

    Dawes Super Galaxy 2003
Reynolds 531 Frame, 22 inches or 56 cms (from crank to the seat tube)
    Shimano Tiagra Shifters/ Brake set
Front wheel Mavic with a Deore LX Hub
    Deore XT Gears
    21 Speed
    Rolls Saddle

Cycle computer Shimano . SC-6501 Flight Deck Computer

    Price €440 ONO

Brings back memories - borrowed my brother's Galaxy to do my paper round one day and it got nicked from outside the shop. Brown, just like yours...hmmm. This was back in 1983 though! Should really replace it some day, will have to get myself a paper round again.

Well Halfmoonmoney is interested in buying it, I'm away this weekend though so he's going to have a look at it next week.

    No, I'm keeping the panniers.

I'm just under the six foot mark and it fits me fine.
