    I'd have thought it was on the high side for a single set up. They're generally 28-30t up front.

    Those 42t cassette rings are savage.

    That particular bike is built for rowdy technical descents and gives you enough gears to plug away to the top of the climb without bothering any strava KOM's which incidentally is exactly what I'm built for too :D
