It's a Specialised Turbo Vado 4.0 ebike. The fork is fine, it's not a MTB.

Appreciate it's not a mtb but the crown must hit the lowers when you put any weight on the forks at all.

    It's a 50mm travel fork:
SR Suntour NCX E25, steel steerer, 15mm thru-axle, 44mm offset, 50mm of travel

It must be the angle of the photo, it looks like a mile muncher either way. :)

Broke a spoke on the back wheel on the way home. I’ll be on the bus for the next few days.

Looks great. Wind-veer off the lake? Edit: I know flat terrain and water surface doesn't always mean calmness. Wind isn't kind to cyclists.

Sorry, I get you now. Yeah, some wind, but it was pretty much only flat right there. The hills were worse :D

You can create a shared folder in google pics and copy the link from there but even at that google eventually kills the link and the pic will disappear after a few days.

Create a shared/public folder and shift any pics you want to embed to there.

    You have a \ instead of a / there:

I said the other day Ive been cycling into work on the same rout for 6 years at 6:30 am and last Monday was the first time I ever did it without meeting a single car, that never happened during the blizzards or 5am starts or anything, it was surreal.

you should have just claimed you cycle that fast.
i assume there's some sort of stabilisation/smoothing going on there?

High frame rate in the source video. Look at his other vids and make sure the quality is set to it's highest 1440p 60fps.

Gah, I posted it from my phone and it rendered fine on the touch site so I didn’t spot it. Thanks.

    It was very surreal!

You can legally download the Pro version of Microsoft HyperLapse Pro for free and make these. This is 16x so about 400 km/h.

You have to join up all your camera’s videos into one file first. I use ffmpeg which is quick and easy.

I usually shoot 2.7K60 but you can get away with lower resolutions and frame rates just fine.
