How are you making your bike stand up there?

I just balanced it and then took the photo real quick before it fell over;).

No, actually, the drive side pedal is propped against the ground:).

I've been unsuccessfully looking for a track or path from Kilmashogue across to Tibradden Lane. Have you ever seen anything like this?

for those interested in some camera information.I use this website. the guy is pretty good.

    http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/recommended-cameras.htm

i have a canon 60d and a canon g9 both of which are too heavy to carry.if i was going to buy a new camera to carry on my bike , I would get a canon s95 or if money was no object a canon s100. both these cameras are under 200gms and the quality is fantastic.

Today i saw a HTC ONE X phone.the picture quality from them is amazing.when I am due an upgrade that is what I will use for talking photos on the bike.

Never posted in this thread before, but thought my first venture up to Kippure (today) deserved its place. I was disgusted because the clouds at the top all cleared about half an hour later. Great little route up to there I must say and back down again. Will defo add that to future cycles!

Similar to g0g earlier, was gutted with the poor visibility/view from the top.
It's not a climb that I'd get a chance to do that often (especially from Skerries).

Tough going, especially with the wind. The lack of visibility probably helped in that I couldn't see how far was left :)

Looking at the google maps satellite photography, it looks like there is a route, but I haven't done it. Anyway, seeing as this is the photo thread, a shot from a couple of years back on the Kilmashogue Coilte track in the snow.

The One X camera ****s all over the iPhone 4S though they both currently represent the best 2 camera phone options available in the mainstream.

First warning: please match your water bottles. If you have to be warned again all your Rapha kit will be confiscated.
