Lot of lung parts up there.
    Manly spot for racing

Sunny, hint of a breeze and 22C, not bad for the middle of winter. Dropped to 13C at the highest point of the route.

A nude carbon finish hides a lot of dirt for me. The white is smashing though.

Yes, I am on holidays over there and cycle on local roads including visits to neighbour country, Germany. Also thought about going over to Czech border, but I may pass on this (the bike I have is highly geared, so not much fun in the mountains).

Looks like road in Poland alright:)
    You are polish, aren't you?

Nice. Your bike makes it look like an old John Hinde postcard.

Powers the Pot outside Clonmel this afternoon, at the finish of the Suir Valley 3 Day Stage 4 (won by Sam Bennett). The mountains in the distance on the left are between Thurles, Nenagh and Limerick, which is at least 50km away - unbelievable visibility today.

Lots of people get injured by cattle in the Pyrénées each year. Mostly it's people who try to pet a calf. A hiker was killed by a cow on Col d'Azet a few days ago.

Much more dangerous than the wolves and bears.

Was reminded of this post today: http://www.gadling.com/2013/08/06/hiker-killed-cow-french-pyrenees/
