    I'm a little behind on technology but need to catch up!

    Basically I travel a lot and need to stay connected for work. Just basic email (wouldn't mind the off Facebook check either).

    I think I need one of those worldwide 3G gadgets.

    So far I have found;

    iPad 3G
    Kindle 3 with 3G (I understand it's terrible for net surfing but much cheaper).

    Are there any other options? I would love to just get a 3G sim and use the net where ever I go. I have a HTC phone so it's pretty ok for web surfing.

    Are there other options I have not considered?
