Can anyone advise me on what procedures I use to get Neighbours to try and stop the barking of there dogs at crazy hours of the night and morning....

To be honest there is very little you can do except speak with your neightbour and try and make them see sense... the arent any procedures you can do as they are not your dogs etc... its up to your neighbours to sort out their own dogs :rolleyes:
