Hi brock92,

It's not automatic*, so it would be best to either update your price plan online here, or to ring our Sales team on 1850 30 50 90.

That way the discount will definitely be applied.

* just to add: there are a number of price plan options so each customer should choose the one that suits them best. For this reason price plans aren't automatically updated.
