Already use the E-Billing & DD facility - do I need to change my price plan?

    in light of the announcement this morning re new pricing options, etc - as an existing customer, is my account automatically migrated to the Electric Ireland Supersaver option, or do I need to sign up to same?

    Hi cjmcork,

    There are a number of price plan options so each customer should choose the one that suits them best. For this reason price plans aren't applied automatically.

    It would be best to either update your price plan online here, or to ring our Sales team on 1850 30 50 90.

    That way the discount will definitely be applied. :)
