Martial Arts Documentaries

Does anybody here know of any good documentaries in any area of martial arts? I'd be more partial to the history and development of the art rather then how its used today in sparring and MMA tournaments. Having said that i'll watch anything thats recommended!

I always found Fight Quest to be a much better show with a similar concept. Not still on TV (I think) but you might be able to download it.

Had a vhs copy of this back in the day. A look at the precursors of mixed martial arts bouts in Japan. Has the classic Ali vs. wrestler bout and Andre the giant so it has to be the greatest MA movie of all time
