Use ccleaner www.ccleaner.com to clear your browser cache and junk files
    Download malwarebytes
    www.malwarebytes.org
install, update and run a scan

What browser are you using? Turn on block pop ups

Spybot search and destroy is great at getting rid of this crap, free download, update, scan and immunize.

Word of note: after the first malwarebytes scan comes back with its results, it is better to run a second scan, it somehow sometimes manages to avoid the initial scan.
