DSL connection dropping often.

I wonder is this a problem with my router or the line? Its only started happening in the last few weeks but generally tends to be at the same time each day. Typically afternoon, never have problems with it in the evening.

The DSL just drops and needs a restart when it happens, its usually back up 30 seconds later after a restart and the diagnosis thing goes through. I'm on the Limerick line I believe, anyone else had these problems?

    Hey,

I am experiencing the same problem. Line drops every couple of minutes. We had the Netopia silver modem, but rang eircom and they sent us the new one ZyXel one. This didnt solve the problem.

Filters on all telephones and faxes machines, sky box not connect and 3rd party alarm has been previosuly look at in relation to this problem.

Conncetion was fine up to about 2 weeks ago.

    Line stats pasted below.

    Anyone know what to do?

Line attenuation quite bad. You should consider dropping your connection speed. this should give yo ua more stable connection.
