Parking near Pembroke Street

Hello all,

Having a few friends up for the weekend but the streets outside are all pay and display for parking. Any ideas where they could park for free overnight on Friday around the Fitzwilliam Square area ?

There is no where to park for free 24hrs a day around there. Pay & Display is from 7am to 7pm if I remember correctly so you can park free outside of those hours.

St. Stephens Green car park and some others usually do good overnigh rates.

Pembroke Street itself is free parking 24/7.

There is lots of free parking around Irishtown.

Seems to be two Pembroke Streets and causes a bit of confusion.

Heres the one I mean! qwytre, D'you know if parking has to be paid for on Saturdays or is it just Sundays where its free?

There might still be free weekend parking on Pembroke Lane or Baggot Court. There's also a private carpark here which some patrons of the Fitzwilliam Casino use at weekends, though not totally legitimately.

Its pay & display Mon-Sat 07:00-19:00. So sunday is free.

In fact if you use google Street View on that link you sent you can actually read the Pay & Display Signs.
