Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Combat Sports Centre in Limerick will be running a 10 weeks MMA & BJJ beginners program from the 2nd of May.
    It’s a great way to tip your toes into a combat sport in a fun controlled environment
    Or if you are interested in trying some thing different as a way of getting fit in a challenging environment.
    Then you can enrol anytime up until the 2nd of May.
    Just call into the gym and take a session on us for free.
