Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm viewing this on my work PC, and I know this monitor tends to display images much darker than my monitor at home. So the blacks/dark areas are very dark. Personally I would have liked to see more detail/definition in the clouds. If you have Photoshop, you could try Shadows/Highlights adjustment, on this monitor I found lighten shadows=20% and darken highlights=10% worked as there was more definition in the clouds and the detail in the shadows (esp. car park) were visible)

there's no real interest or focal point in the pic.

I think it's a good black and white conversion but it's not a very strong composition.

    What's it a picture of?

My eye is wandering all over the photo looking for something to zone in on and nothing catches my interest.

If you had someone in the shot looking at the view then it would work.

I think it could do with less sky, could crop left side a bit too, then maybe bit brighter at the bottom

    bit like this

I like it, but then I've been looking at a lot of New Topographics stuff lately. I'm interested in the man altered landscape.

I'd prefer a simpler composition with less 'stuff' but I find the road anchors the picture, and my eye is drawn through the picture by it. I think the conversion is ok.

Crop it as GT suggested & leave it at that. The colours and tones you did are bang on. It's a nice photo architecturally.
