    Hey

Have an N95 over 2 years old. Was updating it for latest software using ovi software. During the update the phone went dead and I could not turn it on. Dropped it into fonemenders and they said they could not flash it. Is there a way of hard resetting the phone or is it gone to Phone Hell and bricked?

If they couldn't do it, im afraid to say it might be. Did they give you any report on what they found?

I would get a second opinion first before getting rid of it

Is there anywhere else in Dublin that anyone can recommend that do repairs?

Did you try one of the Japanesse phone shops? Id say they would have a better idea than fonemenders.

Fonemenders are clueless. They damage phones more than repair them.
