Where to go on holidays in sunny Europe 2011?

    Hey guys, its been 3 years since Ive been on some sort of holiday trip abroad, and usually its somewhere far away like Asia. This year I'm just looking for a holiday in the sun with some of my mates for a week but I'm not sure where.

    So any suggestions would help, I'm looking for somewhere sunny but lively, around the age group of 25-35, nothing too cheesy and not Turkey! I was thinking Gran Canaria but what is that like for nightlife? I reckon Ibiza will be over my budget. Im planning on spending 500-600 for accom and flights with about 400 for spending money. Thanks
